This South Ontario property sits in a secluded spot on the tip of the Bruce Peninsula, just a 3-minute drive to the quaint harbour village of Tobermory. From the wooden-wrap around deck, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views across the glistening Georgian Bay.

The forested hiking trails of the Bruce Peninsula National Park are within easy reach. The region also boasts some of the world’s best freshwater dive sites, with near-perfect visibility and almost two dozen wrecks.

A sleek open-plan design, chic whitewashed tones, and modern minimalist décor define this 21st-century abode, where walnut wood surfaces add a sophisticated touch. Floor to ceiling windows line most of the four-bedroom home, allowing sunlight to flood in and affording spectacular views of the bay.

The master bedroom boasts a cushy king-sized bed, an airy living space, and an ultramodern en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are stylish and comfortable with beautiful bay views.

On the main level, you’ll find the roomy open-plan living and dining space complete with a fully equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious meal. A sophisticated walnut wood dining set seats up to 10 guests, and there’s plenty of room for the whole group to stretch out in the adjacent lounge. The entire space enjoys the warmth of a crackling fireplace in the colder months.

Downstairs in the garage, you’ll find a well-stocked games room with fun-filled facilities to suit all ages.

A large wrap-around wooden balcony makes for the perfect open-air entertainment space, complete with oodles of sleek outdoor furniture and incredible Georgian Bay views. Cook up a storm on the BBQ here to enjoy a memorable alfresco meal.

Guest Access

Guests get unrestricted access to the entire home and Bunkie. The crawlspace and the shed to the side of the house are the only off-limits areas.

Early check-in and late check-out may be provided between October and April if no other guests are leaving/arriving within 24 hours.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

Providing safe, clean and sanitized environments for our guests and team members is always a priority for us. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit our property.

We're disinfecting all surfaces and paying special attention to sanitizing items frequently touched, such as doorknobs, handles, light switches, doorbells, remote controllers, faucets, etc.

Other things to note

Opening the windows and turning on the fans will circulate the lake breeze and keep the house cool, often negating the need for A/C altogether.

Guests can access the lakeshore directly from the property, although the area is rugged and can be hazardous without due care.
