This tranquil Grand Bend cottage resides within one of the world’s last Oak Savannas, and just a five-minute drive from Canada’s best beach destination. For a more secluded yet equally picturesque stretch of golden yellow sand, Sun Beach is a scenic 15-minute hike away.

Other attractions such as a winery, a provincial park, a golf course, a Motorplex, and an antique market are all within a 10-minute drive.

Property

Neutral color tones and natural materials afford this spacious five-bedroom property a sleek contemporary aesthetic, while rows of floor to ceiling windows immerse you with the woodlands outside.

The upper floor open-plan living and dining space serves as the centrepiece of the property, complete with polished slate floors, chic furnishings, and a slanted ceiling design. Plush grey-woven couches surround a sizeable Smart TV preloaded with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Attached is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and streaky marble tabletops–everything you need to cook up a tasty meal.

The area opens out onto an expansive deck and a covered patio, where cozy outdoor furniture invites you to linger outside. A BBQ is on hand for when you fancy an alfresco feast under the stars.

Downstairs, a well-equipped games room makes for a top spot to mingle, complete with a pool table, bar fridge, and retro arcade machine.

The master bedroom boasts a cushy king-sized bed and a luxe spa-style en-suite bathroom. You’ll find three other doube rooms with queen-sized beds as well as a twin bunk room set up for children and adults alike. Two twin-sized rollaway beds provide sleeping space for additional guests.

Guest Access

Guests get exclusive access to the entire home.

Early check-in and check-out between October and April can be provided on request if no other guests are due to arrive/depart within 24 hours.

Access to bicycles, outdoor furniture, and BBQ is only provided during the warmer months between end-April to mid-October.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

Providing safe, clean and sanitized environments for our guests and team members is always a priority for us. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit our property.

We're disinfecting all surfaces and paying special attention to sanitizing items frequently touched, such as doorknobs, handles, light switches, doorbells, remote controllers, faucets, etc.
