The onboarding process
Step 1: Submitting your property
Simply fill out this form to express your interest in joining our exclusive list of handpicked vacation homes. If your property complies with our stringent requirements for form, function, and feel, we’ll arrange a meeting with one of our short-term rental property experts to find out if we’re a mutual fit.
Step 2: Discussing the details
At the initial meeting, our rental gurus will evaluate your property and provide a detailed revenue estimation. In many situations, these seasoned veterans can even suggest improvements to your décor and amenities to attract a more favourable nightly rate. We discuss your special requirements and schedule to streamline the process.
Step 3: Creating the perfect listing
One of our professional real estate photographers will personally visit your home to capture it at its best. Our copywriters will cook up a catchy name, develop a persuasive description, and list your neatly packaged property on the top platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, luxeberry.ca, and HomeAway.
Step 4: Receiving your first guest
Once we’ve updated your property with crisp white linen and premium bathroom amenities, you’re now ready to say hello to your very first guest. But don’t worry; you won’t have to lift a finger. Luxeberry will take care of the check-ins, guest communication on your behalf.
Luxeberry requirements
Every property is handpicked for its expertly designed space, character and comfort to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize sales. Each Luxeberry property must provide a high-end holiday experience and pass a comprehensive 200+ point inspection with a focus on form, function, and feel.
FORM refers to a home’s layout and design. Luxeberry properties must have plenty of space to comfortably accommodate every guest, with sufficient seating in both the dining room and the lounge. Patios must feature ample outdoor furnishings and nowhere in the home can feel even the slightest bit cramped.
FUNCTION refers to the quality and efficient operation of all individual components. Luxeberry only accepts homes where kitchens come with chef-quality appliances and the HVAC units are effective yet utterly silent. We require at least one bathroom for every two bedrooms and insist on the latest home entertainment tech.
FEEL refers to the emotions your property evokes among guests. We assess the architecture of your home and evaluate the gardens and landscaping outside. Décor, furnishings, and fixtures should work together in unison to elicit a million-dollar vibe. Our favourite properties boast unique features and exude a sense of exclusivity.
